Our story began in 2011 as part of the tech-staff augmentation division of IndiHire. Later, we formed ‘TechWise Digital’, a leading organization that provides innovative IT staffing and IT-managed services.

She has headed and laid the cornerstone of the entire employee lifecycle-talent acquisition, campus/lateral hiring, succession planning, onboarding and offboarding, new joiner orientation, HR operations, employee engagement and retention, employee compensation, people analytics, HR processes, performance management, organization development initiatives, strategic HR intervention, talent management, learning and development, employee relations, and exit management.
Shilpi holds an MBA degree with specialization in Human Resources from Uttaranchal University, Dehradun.

Sushmitha is a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from VTU University, and possesses over 12 years of experience in the recruitment industry. As a seasoned recruitment manager, she has successfully managed both delivery and account management aspects of the recruitment process. Sushmitha’s strengths lie in her exceptional relationship management skills, leadership qualities, as well as her outstanding negotiation and communication abilities.
Having worked in both corporate and consulting environments, Sushmitha brings a wealth of experience in catering to the recruitment needs of both product and services companies.

Shambhu brings over 20 years of experience in the search and selection industry. Shambhu has managed sizable operations with significant revenue responsibilities. These operations have been across widely spread geographies and with culturally diverse teams. He has successfully closed over 250 searches at mid- to senior-level positions, including a few Chief Experience Officer (CXO) appointments throughout his 20+ year career. His domain experience has been mainly in technology, telecom, electronics and hi-tech industries in core functions like software engineering, technology, IT, HR, and finance. Shambhu is passionate about working towards business growth and using innovation in every assignment.

Shankar is a Graduate in Chemistry with a dual Diploma in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University. He holds over 18 years of search and selection experience. Shankar’s strength lies in his strategic leadership with strong analytical ability and relationship management skills. Over the years, he has worked with both corporate and consulting organizations. He has worked in multiple geographies for organizations in India, USA, and Singapore. Shankar brings rich talent acquisition experience, especially focussed on IT services, start-ups, and technology.

Suraj has accumulated 16 years of extensive experience in consulting, HR, recruiting, and operations, having worked with renowned Multinational Corporations (MNCs) worldwide. He has successfully managed strategic and complex programs, leading large teams, and showcasing strong expertise in HR and talent acquisition project execution, stakeholder management, and driving new initiatives with cross-functional teams. Suraj has also demonstrated proficiency in setting up Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) operations and implementing best-in-class benchmarking talent acquisition practices and processes from scratch, with a keen focus on change management.
With a global exposure spanning the United States and the Middle East region, Suraj has honed his domain expertise in customer engagement, RPO strategy, program management, talent acquisition, deployment and delivery, talent engagement and retention, culture building, as well as coaching and mentoring. His industry expertise lies in e-commerce, IT, and digital sectors, making him a well-rounded professional with diverse skill sets and knowledge.

Saurabh brings over 10 years of extensive experience in program and knowledge management to our team. As our dedicated knowledge management specialist, he collaborates with his colleagues to prepare insightful market intelligence reports for our clients. In addition, Saurabh serves as the custodian of our in-house technology infrastructure, playing a crucial role in ensuring seamless information flow across the various tools we utilize.
Saurabh holds an MBA degree with a specialization in Finance and IT from the prestigious International School of Management Excellence in Bangalore.

Nikhil holds an MBA in finance and boasts over 10 years of comprehensive experience in the field of finance and compliance. He has proven success in effectively managing finance processes and delivering insightful intelligence reports for management decision-making. Nikhil has played a pivotal role in leading and establishing the foundation of entire finance and compliance functions within organizations, including areas such as Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (AR/AP), taxation, Management Information Systems (MIS), payroll, statutory compliances, and more.
With his robust numerical skills, Nikhil is adept at driving the financial operations of organizations and continuously improving their financial performance. His expertise in finance and compliance makes him a valuable asset to any organization, ensuring adherence to financial regulations, optimization of processes, and enhancement of overall financial stability.
